LAVENDER CBD LEMONADE
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (6 Small Lemons)
- 1/2 Cup Hudson Valley Hemp Honey
- 1 TBSP Culinary-grade Lavender
- 3 Cups Water
Instructions
1) Make lavender simple syrup.
Bring 1 cup of water to a boil. Remove from heat. Mix in honey and lavender. Allow to steep for 12-14 minutes (or longer for stronger lavender flavor and color). Strain through a fine mesh strainer.
2) Combine.
In a large pitcher, combine Lavender CBD syrup, lemon juice and water. Stir until combined.
3) Serve.
Pour into a glass with ice. Garnish with lemon slices and a few lavender flowers.
BANANA & ALMOND BUTTER CBD HONEY SMOOTHIE
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Milk (Sub Oat or Almond Milk if desired)
- 2 TBSP Almond Butter
- 1 Ripe Banana
- 1 TBSP Hudson Valley Hemp Honey
- 1 Cup Ice

1) Add all ingredients to blender. Blend until smooth and enjoy.

CBD HONEY SYRUP
Ingredients
- CBD Honey
- Water
Instructions
1) Combine equal parts CBD honey and warm water.
Stir until honey is dissolved.
*Store in refrigerator for up to a week.
MELLOW MULE
Ingredients
- 4 oz Harney & Sons Organic Hibiscus Ginger Tea
- 1 oz CBD Honey Syrup
- 4oz Fever Tree Ginger Beer
Instructions
1) Fill a glass with ice and add Ginger tea and CBD honey syrup.
Stir to combine. Top with ginger beer.
GREEN RUSH
Ingredients
- 2 oz Bourbon
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ¾ oz. CBD Honey Syrup
Instructions
1) Fill a shaker with ice and add all ingredients.
Shake until well chilled and strain in to a cocktail glass.
